Early Stage Banking

Choosing the right banking partner already makes sense in the pre-seed phase, as this allows to built a solid and future-oriented banking relationship.

Specialised banks offer tools and products that scale with your business. In addition, such banks often have advisors with relevant expertise and connections to key ecosystem players.

Ultimately, the right banking partner can also assist with Debt Financing during the Growth-Phase, potentially in connection with the KfW’s Venture Tech Growth Financing (VTGF) programme. The process is made much easier when the customer relationship has been established early on.

Financial Reporting

A solid financial reporting system is essential for monitoring and managing your growth. With the insights and key metrics it generates, you’ll be able to make well-founded financial decisions at any time.

Every business model has its own key performance indicators (KPIs). Combined with financial and liquidity planning, you can create plan-to-actual comparisons, giving you a clear picture of where you stand or where there may be issues.

Let's talk about it

Financial and Liquidity Planning

Your financial and liquidity plan reflects your company’s strategic direction over the next 3-5 years. It can also help illustrate the complexity of your business model in a clear way.

It primarily serves to manage your business and provides transparency for stakeholders (and forming the basis for attracting new investors or debt financing).

Any questions left?

  • What is my target group?

No matter what growth phase your Startup is in, I'm happy to support you. My focus in financial consulting is on E-commerce, DTC, and tech and software companies.

  • How is project planning structured?

Based on our initial conversation, we’ll define the goals together and plan the necessary tasks. We’ll also set a timeline and outline the roles on your side. Based on an effort estimate, a corresponding offer will be presented.

  • What are the costs of consulting?

It’s hard to give a flat rate. Costs vary significantly depending on the complexity of the project. The budget we set in the proposal will serve as a guideline, and billing will be done monthly according to the negotiated hourly rate.

  • What does the collaboration look like?

I primarily work remotely, but especially at the start of a partnership, it often makes sense for me to be on-site more frequently. This allows for smoother coordination and easier onboarding into your processes and structures, based on experience.
