Once I’ve received the necessary documents, I’ll conduct a financial due diligence and summarise the results in an investment sheet. It’s crucial that we review the risks identified during the analysis, assessment, and preparation stages and mitigate them through appropriate measures or arguments so that you’re fully prepared for the debt provider’s financial due diligence.

The creation of an investment sheet costs a flat fee of 999,- Euro plus VAT and includes an analysis and evaluation of creditworthiness as well as a proposal for structuring a feasible financing solution.
For brokering financing, a fee of 1-3% of the financing amount plus VAT applies , with a minimum fee of 2.500,- EUR plus VAT.
Typically, I charge a retainer fee of at least 1,500 EUR plus VAT, based on the financing project, to cover the initial work required as a down payment for the brokerage service. Upon successful completion, this amount and the flat fee for the investment sheet will be offset against the brokerage fee.
For smaller financing amounts up to 250.000,- Euro individual arrangements can be made.
The financing volume depends on creditworthiness. In practice, start and scaleup financing typically begins at 5.000,- Euro depending on the type of financing, and can reach over 10.000.000,- Euro as the growth phase progresses.
The analysis and evaluation of the documents are done remotely. We’ll discuss the results via a video call or, if necessary, in person at your location.
